Our Guarantee:
On Time
These days, everyone has a tight schedule, and we respect people's time. This is why we make an appointment and stick to it. Of course, sometimes we get held up, but that’s only because we provide extra service to the customer. We will always contact you to advise you of our movements and if we are running late.
Tradesmanship
We have four trucks and five employees at present, but you can be confident that whoever knocks on your door from our company will be polite and have good knowledge of all aspects of plumbing. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will make a return visit free of charge, and if you are still unhappy, we will refund your money and pay for one of our competitors to carry out the work running late.
Flexible Hours
Flexible Hours We are quite flexible with our hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm Emergency call out: We divert our phone lines to a member of staff after hours. If you need to contact our office after hours there will always be someone available to talk to regarding your plumbing problem, advise how to contain it until the next working day or we will come onsite to isolate the problem. This service obviously carries extra charges but we are here to help. We have at present four trucks.
