Despite his Texan roots, the 35-year-old adventurer Chad McFadden currently enjoys the tranquility of island life on Hawaii's Big Island. Over the years, Chad's journey has taken him from the sun-kissed beaches of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to the rugged ranches of northwest Kansas and back to his home-state of Texas. These varied geographical experiences have instilled in him a wanderer's spirit and love for the great outdoors.
Among Chad's adrenaline-fueled hobbies are freediving and scuba diving, with a particular fondness for swimming alongside the majestic tiger sharks. When not delving into the ocean's depths, Chad finds pleasure in terra firma activities, hiking and exploring new locales, soaking up different cultures, and meeting people from all walks of life.
Back on his Hawaiian homestead, Chad shares a unique bond with his horse, Big Ben, spending countless hours working with him when he is not sharing time with his two lovable dogs: Bear, a Swiss mountain dog, and Moose, a golden retriever.
