I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank the Flydubai Toronto Office for the outstanding service my family and I experienced. We were made to feel very welcome by a group of experts as soon as we entered the office. They were not just polite but also sincerely interested in meeting our trip requirements.
Our journey commenced when we needed immediate support to alter our trip schedule because of unanticipated events. Incredibly patient and effective was the response from the Flydubai Office in Toronto team. The composed manner and thorough understanding of Flydubai's policies of one person in particular made them stand out. They made sure we completely understood our options and walked us through each step of the process without putting any pressure on us to make decisions right away.
I was particularly pleased with the degree of individualized care we got. Notwithstanding the hectic setting, the employees took the time to carefully listen to our needs and create a solution that was ideal for us. An otherwise stressful situation was made easy and comforting by their professionalism and compassion.
