Serendipity Online Marketing Ltd is based near to Hereford in the lovely village of Eaton Bishop, the operation being run from a small rural office. Not operating from a city centre offers many advantages, notably costs, these being reduced, which means we can do more for less, something that our customers really appreciate.Running the entire operation is a chap called Graham Baylis, a real ‘old timer’ in the Internet world, having first got involved way back in 1994 when he set up one of the first Intranets in the UK for AT&T in Redditch. He then branched into Internet Marketing in 1999 when he started helping businesses run their Pay Per Click campaigns. Organic Search Optimisation followed a couple of years later. Since then he has steered SOM through all the changes in the online market place, ensuring that it continually evolves, adding new products and tweaking procedures as needed.
