Fix git-svn on OS X Mavericks

After upgrading to Mavericks (OS X 10.9.2), git svn stopped working with the following error:

dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: _Perl_Gthr_key_ptr
  Referenced from: /usr/../Library/Perl/5.12/darwin-thread-multi-2level/auto/SVN/_Core/_Core.bundle
  Expected in: flat namespace

error: git-svn died of signal 5

This was the case for both the git versions in /usr/bin/git and the XCode 4.x provided one. Upgrading to XCode 5 fixed the issue
