Get the exact time by using another ntp server

According to my own experience (and with help from http://time.is/) the Apple's ntp servers don't give the exact time, there is a few seconds delay.

And then I switched to the ntp server from TuxFamily :

ntp.tuxfamily.net

Now time.is always tell me I have the exact time !
