Lifehack for improving physical activity
Generally programmers, designers, tech workers are sedentary. We'll maybe get out of our chairs twice to three times a day. This is unhealthy!
Here is a tip that is guaranteed to force you out of this, and into the habit of getting up at least once per hour. It's simple:
Drink at least one cup of water every hour. Nature will do the rest.
You'll feel better at the end of a long day because of all that hydration, and due to all that hydration you'll be making a visit to that private room at least once per hour.
