Markdown/Github tables of contents

To auto-generate a Markdown table of contents for a Github README.md (or other markdown parsed files to shown on Github), try out the MarkdownTOC Sublime3 plugin.

It regenerates (on save) an unordered list based on the headings.

For Github .md-style files, I would suggest a configuration in the file like this:
