Change the color theme of Eclipse editor

I enjoy using Eclipse for Android dev (esp since it is on a new 15" retina). I sometimes am bothered that it is not a straightforward operation to change the appearance of the editor's colors. Sometimes, depending on my mood and how late it is, I want the colors to be inverted...and then not. After some searching, I came across this SO post.

Pay attention to the last part which describes using the "Install New Software" option. This is what will change the appearance of the editor. Tada!
