Deploying MeteorJS

MeteorJS is great for getting a prototype up and going, but still lacks a great built in solution and meteor deploy just doesn't cut it once past the demo phase. Instead I've been using meteor up to quickly deploy to digitial ocean, but it is agnostic to hosting provider.

Provisioning is as easy as mup setup, and once a new deploy is ready to be pushed mup deploy takes care of it all for you.
