Protips in gists

I edit my protips regularly even though the coderwall interface doesn't help me much. So I am writing new protips at gist.github.com.

You can add multiple files in Markdown (sorted by filename) and it will render, but not as pretty as coderwall. Example scripts, data files can also be attached.

There is an API to access your gists and failing that, each gist is a git repository. All I need to maintain is a page somewhere sorting the interesting bits.

People can fork your gist. They can comment on it and see revision history.

And one day, maybe I'll be able to import my gist protips back into coderwall.
