Frameworks save time, usually.

Writing code is pure, and simple. Building large things from ground up can be inspiring, and difficult. Use a framework.

There are plenty more, find one and love it.

I highly recommend Laravel. There are times where building an in-house solution is best but a third party framework can reduce development time dramatically.

Laravel is great! Bootstrap or Foundation too! Semantic Grid System too! and jQuery... perfect!
