Directories' permissions on Amazon EC2 server

User's permissions to be written on folders<br>
sudo chown -R ubuntu /var/www/<br>
sudo chmod -R 755 /var/www/<br><br>

Applications permissions to be written on server<br>
sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /home<br>
sudo chmod -R 775 /var/www/<br><br>

*ubuntu is a default user in EC2 virtual machine, running on Ubuntu

Permissions MYSQL<br>
cd /var/lib<br><br>

*Check the owner and group with * <br>
ls -ld mysql<br><br>

Permissions for mysql<br>
sudo chown -R mysql:mysql mysql<br><br>
