How to manually copy files from Time Machine
As usual, but remember to add -X flag to not copy Extended Attributes (EAs) of these files. You'll have many problems with modifying them otherwise. For example to copy Projects dir:
cp -XR Projects ~/ProjectsWritten by Adam Stankiewicz
