Fix top-posting in mail.app

I'm one of the "top-posting" hater. I don't like it and I copy my footer to end of e-mail.

If you're like me and you're using mail.app on osx you can easily repair that problem.

You need to enable bundles in mail.app:

defaults write com.apple.mail EnableBundles -bool true
defaults write com.apple.mail BundleCompatibilityVersion 3

and then install quotefix
