OSX - set input layout per application

tl;dr - How to make OSX switch layouts by last used per application

Problem : You have more then 1 keyboard layout, maybe spanish, maybe german.
You are a coder, and all of your files, and all of your coding is in english.
So why do you need your keyboard to be in the other layout in your coding IDE?

Mac solution :

Mark "Allow a different one for each document"

And then when you switch to a chat, with another layout, and come back to your IDE, you will have english again. Profit!
