Dead-simple alternative to Google Hangouts/Skype/lync/webex for meetings lets you video call up to 5 other people for free. No account, signup, plugins, downloads necessary.

Just visit a url to start a group video call and tell people to join you there.

For example anyone who is at in a modern browser immediately jump into a video call with whomever else is at that url.

No configuration. No accounts. No logins.

Calls are encrypted between users and are powered by WebRTC.

I'm pretty sure there's no faster/easier way to call a meeting on the interwebz.

No more Skype or setting up Google Hangouts.

Alas, when I visit now, any URL in that domain other than the top-level page results in an nginx 404 error, while the top-level page just shows a black rectangle on a white background, in Chrome (although viewing source and visiting Dropbox directly works)

The service has been moved and renamed to, I've updated the protip accordingly and we've fixed the redirect so the domain redirects properly too.
