Git and SVN

So, it turns out that initializing a Git repo in the same folder as my existing SVN folder, in the hopes of being able to transition between the two, was a bad idea.

There were code changes in SVN that, even after an Update just wouldn't appear in the file that was changed.

Perhaps I missed something somewhere.

I suggest you just rip that 'SVN->Git band-aid' right off.
