Easily Manage Ruby / RVM on OS X

Managing Ruby and RVM can be super annoying on OS X, since Apple constantly ships out of date versions of Ruby versions with each OS rev.

I've been using the free and open-source Jewelry Box (http://unfiniti.com/software/mac/jewelrybox) to work with RVM on my machines and get new Rubyists acclimated with RVM.

Fair warning: if you commit to the app you pretty much have to use it full time or things can get more than a little weird.
