Loading Orchestra Platform in safe mode

In events where extension failed to work as expected and you have no way to deactivate the extension, run Orchestra Platform with ?safe_mode=1 query string to load Orchestra Platform without extension. This way you can go into Extension menu and deactivate the broken extension manually.

Do remember to set safe mode to off with ?safe_mode=0 once you're done.
