How to decide which features to include in your MVP
Here's how to decide if a feature should be part of your minimal viable product:
Think of your product like a table, and imagine that each feature is a leg on that table.
Now imagine yourself removing one of those legs. Does your table remain standing or does it fall over? If you can remove a feature and it feels like your table is still standing, then that should not be a part of your minimal viable product.
Conversely, if you remove a feature and your table falls over, then that has to be a part of your MVP.
