Switching to GitHub Pages for Hosting Your Personal Site/Blog
I recently switched to GitHub Pages using Jekyll and am saving myself a few hundred dollars after moving from Dreamhost.
By having a gh-pages branch in your GitHub repo, you can access anything in there via username.github.io/reponame
