Use PdfBox to manipulate PDF Files in .Net
The .NET implementation of PdfBox is not a direct port - rather, it uses IKVM to run the Java version interoperably with .NET. IKVM features an actual .net implementation of a Java Virtual Machine, and a .net implementation of Java Class Libraries along with tools which enable Java and .Net interoperability.
There are paid third-party libraries for working with PDF files, but PDF box is free. See more here:
