Speedup OSX 10.10 Yosemite installation

If you are using homebrew, you can significantly improve the time taken by the installation.

If you leave /usr/local in place, it will take ages to perform the installation.

Si to improve it, just move it aware from that place and then place it again after the installation.

sudo mv /usr/local ~/Desktop/local

# Install Yosemite

sudo mv ~/Desktop/local /usr/local
