On Being Acquired

When your startup is being courted for acquisition, don't forget it's a two way street. Turn a critical eye towards the purchaser, especially if you plan on sticking around post-acquisition. It's easy to get swept up in just trying to make a good impression yourself but just like a job interview, make sure you will be happy working for the new company.
