OS X Mavericks Finder: Keyboard shortcut for tagging
Maverick's new tagging feature is best utilised if you tag a lot of your files and folders. On an everyday basis a keyboard shortcut could come in handy:
Go to System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts, select App Shortcuts on the left and create a new one named "Tags...". Note that some key combinations as e.g. alt-T don't seem to work. Alt-cmd-T for example works just fine.
Btw, as you can see on the screenshot, you can even bind "Zoom" – that's the green button in the upper left corner of most windows – to a key combination.
