I've been coding since I was 16; Now, late enough, I've started my path on Rails wich is something I wanted to do for a long time. Aimed to create edge HTML5 applications with best practices and technologies.
As a start point I'm developing three interconected systems as Rails Engines, ment to be global planetary management tools (As described in Moving Forward: http://dotsub.com/view/1070cd2b-e420-4798-8bc9-89fe02f018ad)
Ultimately trying to build a Cognitive Computing system which can manage a city.
