I worked a lot with Java, HTML and CSS until I discovered Ruby and its Rails. From that I moved to Groovy & Grails which is now the default technology used at my company.
As I'm always eager to learn new technologies and develop things faster, I practice a lot of Scrum and read a little/create petty proejcts with every language/framework that comes up. After all, that's my job as a Technology Director.
Also, I'm a SCJP, CSM and CSPO.
