I'd really love to hear your continued experience with this setup. The more I look at possible configurations to handle our own data analytics the more it seems like this is the Stack we should be looking to in order to provide the portability (and reusability across apps) that we need. A lot of our data is in proprietary systems (Salesforce, etc) and we'd like to be able to spin up one-off/experimental apps that don't require us to be chained to their lic models & quirky dev environment.
