Since 1975, STANLEY DUB has practiced law both as an in-house attorney for major NYSE-listed corporations and in private practice with medium to large law firms. In 2006, he founded his own practice in suburban Cleveland. As a seasoned Franchise Attorney Columbus Ohio, Mr. Dub has extensive experience in the franchise sector, including preparing and registering franchise disclosure documents for new franchisors and reviewing franchise packages for potential buyers. He has also represented franchisors, franchisees, and motor vehicle dealers in various franchise-related disputes.
