What do you like about the vendor?
Well, if you don’t have too many tasks to perform with this like me, definitely go for the free version. The software has a flexible and easy deployment.
What do you dislike about the vendor?
I found nothing that I disliked in particular.
What problems does the vendor solve for you? How does it compare to other solutions you have tried?
You get to customize and enjoy the simple interface of the software. There are numerous tools in it which helped me out in extracting the trends through the gathered logs. There are numerous plugins available too which can fancy up your software. It plays a great role in determining structures and procedures in my company. Accuracy has been apt for these findings.

What do you like about the vendor?
The software has changed my working style--undoubtedly spoiling me. It more or less does all the hard work required for me. I use it for monitoring my API Connect logs. With the reports it generates, I can actually find out the maximum response time API.
What do you dislike about the vendor?
There isn’t a single issue that I can name which I came across while using this software.
What problems does the vendor solve for you? How does it compare to other solutions you have tried?
It helps you analyze, create alerts, construct dashboards, installing plugins, etc.

“A good purchase”
What do you like about the vendor?
I personally changed from the inbuilt memory to the cloud memory. It has taken off a lot of weight from my work files. I no longer have to worry myself with the infrastructure management of my files. Although I have to keep a check on the heavy files, that’s manageable.
What do you dislike about the vendor?
I needed help from support to install Splunk. Once installed, it will make your life seem quite easy.
What problems does the vendor solve for you? How does it compare to other solutions you have tried?
It is undoubtedly the best of its kind currently. It’ll help you run through the processes and files to grab the logs for you. Then it’ll hardly take you any time to perform the analytics.

“Useful but a bit expensive”
What do you like about the vendor?
This is a great tool to be used when registering logs in the key-value setup as well as in making monitoring dashboards. My team in-charge of monitoring easily grasped the idea and how to use the tool in a short period of time. This is also helpful for me and my team in decision making.
What do you dislike about the vendor?
Useful tool but it's expensive. Also, I wish it could offer a package payment scheme. Paying for the indexed log volume per day is quite pricey.
What problems does the vendor solve for you? How does it compare to other solutions you have tried?
Use for our APM purposes.

“Very Impressive!”
What do you like about the vendor?
Very impressed with the software! It’s a practical software for huge amounts of data.
What do you dislike about the vendor?
I have a small complaint about it being costly and that sometimes it takes time to load. It can also be a bit complex to use.
What problems does the vendor solve for you? How does it compare to other solutions you have tried?
We use this software to search and analyze our IT infrastructure all in one place. Has an excellent customer service and has a healthy user community. It gives the user a wide range of information. Most powerful software for analyzing, visualizing, transacting and creating auto alerts immediately that I have used to date.

“Helps with trend identification”
What do you like about the vendor?
One positive point that I found about the software is that it was definitely critical metrics monitoring. It is also capable of searching logs and even setting up alerts for certain thresholds.
What do you dislike about the vendor?
The alert part is not something that I liked though. The reason is the unreliable authenticity of the pop up alerts. It could use a better and simpler version for logs searching. It is kind of complex in there as it is right now.

The software actually helps you in trend identification. This can help you get a great advantage over others. It aggregates the entire data and transforms it into a simple form.

Spunk went public in 2012, and therefore has been around for a while. It falls into categories ranging from information technology to software and intelligent services. Although its primary presence is in the US, it has seen growth in the UK while maintaining a global presence in places such as Canada, India, and China.
