What do you like about the vendor?

Knowing that something is about to become an issue before it actually becomes an issue can really save you a lot of time and stressful situations. And that has been the kind of help LogicMonitor has been giving us.

What do you dislike about the vendor?

This software is a bit costly. Truth must be told, but it is very much worth it.

What problems does the vendor solve for you? How does it compare to other solutions you have tried?

It allows me to see the network activity of my school district. It alerts me when something is about to become a problem. It shows me bandwidth usage and outage history.

What do you like about the vendor?

The software is really great and easy to navigate. Their Support Care is very responsive and helpful.

What do you dislike about the vendor?

I think they need to provide additional options for their device pricing. It's too expensive.

What problems does the vendor solve for you? How does it compare to other solutions you have tried?

This product is very useful and worth the price for large companies because it will show you details on how your system works from the inside.

I'm using this product to monitor any issues with the servers like VPN connectivity issues, exchange back pressures and alerts.

What do you like about the vendor?

I have been using monitoring products for over 10 years. Logic Monitor is the best I have encountered so far. The product has a lot of good points, such as precise initial configuration, effortless setting up, and it’s easy to do dashboard customization. I can also pair it to our service desk personnel which is an advantage, especially in automated ticket opening, updates and cut- off. Fast and easy adding of additional nodes impresses me the most.

What do you dislike about the vendor?

It doesn’t have that firm network or OS management. For how many years of using alternative monitoring products, switching to Logic Monitor is like a back to the basics learning process in my view.

What problems does the vendor solve for you? How does it compare to other solutions you have tried?

The agentless monitoring feature of the product saves us a lot of time and stress. I highly recommend this as it is much needed in areas that developed quickly.

Great detail for each metric for all devices.

What do you dislike about the vendor?

It could be more user-friendly. The menus are difficult to use.

Overall, it has provided a positive effect on our business. It gives us the ability to be proactive in maintenance and serves as a notifier when devices are down.
