Fix the 'UNABLE_TO_GET_ISSUER_CERT_LOCALLY' error on Alpine Linux Inside Docker

While installing NPM modules on a docker container running alpine linux I encountered the UNABLE_TO_GET_ISSUER_CERT_LOCALLY' error

So here are the steps I followed to fix the error

# apk update
# apk add ca-certificates

Now when you do npm install <package name> the error should be resolved

In gradient methods, only the linear term of the expansion of a function in the Taylor series is used to determine the direction of motion, that is, the most rough approximation of the minimized function is used.
Let the function, the minimum of which must be determined, is a hinged convex and sufficiently smooth.
Consider the function of the docker in jetwriters examples.
What I represent is already a quadratic approximation in the vicinity of a point. Due to the convexity, the function, as it is easy to verify, will also be strictly convex, so the minimum of this function is achieved at one point, and the vector minimizing is determined by the formula. The direction determined by the vector is the direction of the descent, as it is due to bulge.
